This position is responsible for supporting the Service Provider Sales group and providing customer service to the SP customers.

Must have a minimum of 3 years in Customer Service/Sales support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the order process
    • Support the sales from entering customers into the system, contacting sales reps and/or customers about missing information or needed paperwork , contacting customers about declined payments, making sure that new orders are booked, creating invoices.
    • Provide customer service by answering emails from customers with general questions and requests for information.
    • Forward any potential leads to sales reps.
  2. Customer Service
    • May be responsible for managing incoming phone calls and directing them to the responsible party. Additional duties may include providing back up support to the receptionist.

    • Create expense reports for Vice President of Service Provider Sales and several senior sales reps and engineers
