Training and Certification Pricing
Pricing for Parallels training courses depends on whether it is custom or open enrollment, whether you are taking it onsite or online, and whether you are eligible for partner discounts.
Discounts for Parallels Partners
While Parallels training and certification are open to anyone who wishes to become an expert on our virtualization and automation products, we offer discounts to our valued Parallels Partners. The amount of the discount is based on your partnership agreement level with Parallels. Partner discounts are offered only for custom courses only. Learn more about Parallels Partner benefits.

Cancellation and refund policy
In order to cancel your course and receive a full refund, written notification of cancellation of your order must be sent via email to training@parallels.com at least 10 business days prior to the open enrollment course start date. Any cancellations made after the 10 business days will be charged at 100% of the course price. You will be permitted ONCE ONLY to request a reschedule to a different date or course. If you cancel, or try to reschedule a second time, your payment will not be applicable towards the second enrollment attempt. If you are unable to attend you may permit someone else to attend in your place. Please email training@parallels.com to request this transfer.
Parallels will not honor refund or rescheduling requests after 12 months from the date of order.
Parallels reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to low enrollment or if necessitated by other circumstances. Parallels will notify you via e-mail at least 5 business days prior to the course start date. Once notified, you may reschedule or receive a full refund for the course.
Opt-Out Certification Testing
If you already have a strong Parallels skill set, you may be eligible to register just for certification testing (no training classes) for a fee of $60 per test. Please note: while opt-out testing may be a viable option for our administration-level courses, we strongly recommend attending advanced-level courses before testing for Parallels Certified Engineer credentials.
