1. Check System Requirements
Please make sure that the server you will be installing Virtuozzo on meets the following requirements:
- Windows Server 2003 Standard, Enterprise or Datacenter edition (32-bit, x64 or Itanium version) is installed

- 32-bit versions of Windows Server 2003:
- Standard or Enterprise Edition of Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 with or without R2: US English, German, French, Korean, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or Japanese;
- Standard or Enterprise Edition of Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 with or without R2: US English, German, French, Italian, Korean, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or Japanese;
- Datacenter Edition of Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 with or without R2 (US English);
- Datacenter Edition of Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 with or without R2 (US English);
- x86-64-bit versions of Windows Server 2003:
- Standard or Enterprise Edition of Windows Server 2003 x64 Service Pack 1 with or without R2 (US English or Japanese);

- Service Pack 2 (SP2) or Service Pack 1 (SP1) is installed (R2 is also supported)
- No Microsoft Updates are added
Please note: Windows Server 2003 install media (ie CDROM) is required during Virtuozzo installation.

4. Install Virtuozzo
The Auto-Installer is the recommended method to install Virtuozzo on your systems.
- Download the Auto-Installer
- Double-click on the file downloaded named vzinstall.exe
- Follow the instructions on the screen
If you choose the offline installer, extract the full installer and start virtuozzo4.0_x86.exe (or virtuozzo4.0_x64.exe for 64 bit Windows or virtuozzo4.0_IA64.exe for Itanium Windows)
