Our Partner Program welcomes providers of all sizes and geographic locations. To ensure that providers of different sizes and commitment levels are grouped together in a similar manner so that we can offer benefits and programs that fit their needs, we offer four levels of partnership. The majority of our partners share the same story: they started as a small company which quickly grew through the use of Parallels products. Our partners have typically grown up through our various partner programs to reach top status. Due to this, our programs take a consultative approach and focus on growth strategies to help partners expand their customer base and margins.

The Service Provider Partner Program includes four partner classes as follows:

Registered Partners
Any company that offers hosting, managed services, or communication services to individuals or businesses may apply for the status of "Registered Partner" which provides additional information and promotions not available to the general public. This category is appropriate for providers who are interested in learning more about Parallels, but are not yet ready to make a commitment to Parallels software.

Silver Partners
Silver partners are identified as service providers who are serious about growing their business. Providers of this partner class typically are new to the provider market, are still early in their business lifecycle, or are adding services that extend their brand into new customer markets. Silver partners need specific support to help them to establish themselves and cope with the inevitable changes and challenges faced by a high-growth company.

Gold Partners
Gold partners are service providers that typcially serve a national or regional customer base and often own their own datacenters. Partners of this type generally have made significant investments in their infrastructure and use automation to streamline their business processes. Typically, Gold partners have been in business for over 5 years and have grown into the Gold level through working with Parallels Channel Account Managers that provide advice on their go-to-market strategy, marketing, and service plans.

Platinum Partners
The highest level of partnership, Platinum Partners receive the utmost in care and attention from Parallels. Typically, Platinum partners are large national or international providers that run either their total virtual infrastructure or a large majority on Parallels virtualization and automation products and offer Parallels products in their service plans.
