Parallels Business Automation - Architecture and Plug-ins
Parallels Business Automation is a business support system with core processes and several service gates. The service gates provide integration points for customers to customize the solution using the API and SDK. Some customers have customized Parallels Business Automation using their internal development team while others have elected to utilize Parallels customization resources.
Parallels Business Automation includes several pre-integrated plug-ins for specific payment gateways, domain registrars, provisioning systems, and other external services. Some examples of external integration include SSL certificates, search engine submission, RADIUS servers, DNS servers, control panels, and others.
