The Control Centers provide the core functionality for the provider and their resellers. Within the Control Centers, providers and resellers are given the ability to manage the system thru system Directors. Control Centers provide the core functionally found in Parallels Business Automation:
Provider Control Center
The Provider Control Center is a browser-based tool for the Hosting Service Provider (HSP). It includes access to all Parallels Business Automation components: Directors and Managers. From the Provider Control Center, the hosting provider can control the setup and management of their entire hosting infrastructure, hosting plans and online ecommerce, customer recurring and resource usage billing, control panels localization and customization, and much more.
Reseller Control Center
The Reseller Control Center provides a management interface for the Hosting Reseller. Resellers can either resell the Provider’s hosting services or start their own hosting business of dedicated resources from the Provider. The level of control capabilities is almost identical to that of the Provider. From the setup of hosting plans, the online store, and their company site - to the management of their customers’ subscriptions; the entire hosting business is run from the Reseller Control Center.
Customer Control Panel
The Customer Control Panel can be provided for specific customer skill sets and needs. This allows providers and resellers to support a more diverse customer base. Multiple options inside the control panel can be activated per subscription to fulfill any customer need and service type.
