Parallels Plesk Expand 2.1 Integration
Parallels Business Automation 3.3 supports Plesk Expand 2.1 so service providers can deliver email from a centralized email service instead of from individual Plesk servers.
Parallels Business Automation API
A new XML API makes Parallels Business Automation more adaptable and expandable. Use the API to integrate external shopping carts, billing and accounting systems, and other 3rd-party components. The complete API reference along with a description of each method can be supplied upon request.
Parallels Business Automation SDK
A complete Software Developer Kit has been included with the new release. The SDK includes samples of API usage, examples of different plug-ins, a migration toolkit, and more.
PHP-based Online Store
A new shopping cart "like" online store allows you to re-brand, customize, or extend the store to fit your requirements using the Parallels Business Automation API. You can run several customized copies of the store on different servers and plug them in to a single Parallels Business Automation system.
Virtuozzo Containers Integration
The latest features of Virtuozzo are supported in Parallels Business Automation 3.3 including EZ templates management, simplified SLM, Zero-Downtime Migration (ZDTM), centralized distribution of Virtuozzo for Windows OS, and application templates.
Plesk 8.1 Integration
Parallels Business Automation 3.3 is integrated with Plesk Control Panel 8.1 for Linux/Unix along with support for its latest features including the new Plesk Desktop. This allows you to include applications from the Plesk Application Vault as add-ons to Plesk Client and Plesk Domain hosting plans.
SiteBuilder 3.2 for Windows Integration
Parallels Business Automation 3.3 supports the latest version of Plesk SiteBuilder for Windows which provides several advanced capabilities while maintaining its ease-of-use. New features include improved blog functionality, an integrated photo gallery, drag and drop support, guestbook support, and more. Continued support for the latest version of Sitebuilder for Linux is also provided
Third Party Helpdesk Integration
An API for integrating third-party helpdesk solutions is included in 3.3. Two popular helpdesk systems, Cerberus Helpdesk and Kayako SupportSuite have been pre-integrated.
Phone Order Verification
Integration with the Varilogix phone order verification system allows you to verify customer phone numbers for orders taken over the phone.
Management Node Clustering
Parallels Automation system can be distributed among several physical servers, providing the ability to scale the management system and configure a fault-tolerant setup with monitoring and load balancing.
