Parallels System Automation provides unlimited opportunities to differentiate your service offerings from those of a competitor. Begin with the Parallels System Automation core, then add pre-integrated modules or use the Parallels System Automation API to integrate existing billing, e-commerce, marketing, customer care, or other systems (see diagram below).
Parallels System Automation can be used to integrate all service provider offerings under a single management platform. This benefits your customers because they can manage all of their services and account information from a single interface with a single login.
Customizable
Parallels System Automation's look, feel, and behavior are customizable on any level. Parallels System Automation allows service providers to:
The look and feel can be customized with Cobalt, Webppliance, Plesk, cPanel, and Confixx-like skins. Using the Parallels System Automation Skin Development Toolkit, service providers can develop their own skins. Business logic can be customized by programming the actions to be performed when specific events occur in the system.
Extendable
Parallels System Automation functionality can be extended by installing new modules developed by Parallels, third party ISVs, or in house development teams using the Parallels System Automation SDK. New modules can easily be deployed directly from the Parallels System Automation user interface without service interruption.
