Parallels Plesk 7.5.5 for Windows is the latest release of the most comprehensive control panel in the market. This release contains over 50 new features, improvements and bugfixes. Plesk continues to provide a stable and secure platform that lets you efficiently manage, administer and monitor your servers from one single, easy to use interface.
In fact, with Plesk’s new interface control management capability, administrators have even more flexibility to maintain a simpler, cleaner interface for end-users. Plus, now administrators can offer web site building abilities to their customers. As part of our OPEN FUSION initiative, service providers have an add-on option to install the first version of SiteBuilder for Windows which is available FREE until September 2006. Plesk will be integrated with SiteBuilder for Windows 2.0 soon!

Interface Control Management
Administrators can easily and efficiently manage the visibility of the control panel buttons. This allows administrators to offer and maintain a cleaner and simpler interface.
Anti-virus and Email Enhancements
Improvements to Dr. Web Anti-virus and Smartermail plus the addition of support for Merak 8.2.x make this release more comprehensive than ever.
Improvements to Back up and Restore System
Numerous enhancements have been made to the back up and restore system including improvements to: subdomain configurations, FTP backup system, various policies for placing domains in the IIS Application Pools, permissions for ASP .NET web applications and much more.
Additional Permission Controls
Various new permission controls have been added, including the ability to control inheritance of permissions for folders and files.
SiteBuilder for Windows Integration
Users now have an add-on option to install the first version of SiteBuilder for Windows and use as a powerful server solution. SiteBuilder for Windows is an easy to use browser based web site builder application. Plesk will be integrated with SiteBuilder for Windows 2.0 soon!
