Software Update Service (SUS) for SiteBuilder for Windows

However, the free Technical Email support and Software Update Service (SUS) ends after one year from the time of download of the free software and license key. These are 2 different services offered by Parallels and can be renewed individually.
Technical Email support is an annual contract to receive technical support for all issues relating to the SiteBuilder software. The Software Update Service (SUS) is an annual subscription that allows you access to all upgrades and updates to the software. Without SUS you can still use your free SiteBuilder license but only for the current version of the software. If you are using the software in a production environment then we highly recommend renewing both of these options. Your customers will want the latest features of the software and the only way to get them is with valid SUS. As well, if you will require support for our software, you will need a contract to receive it.
NOTE: If you decide to NOT renew the SUS subscription then you will be required to purchase a new license at the regular retail rate to update your SiteBuilder version at a later date.

How to determine your Software Update Service (SUS) renewal rate
When renewing your SUS, at a minimum you will need to purchase SUS for a license tier that is higher or equal to the number of published sites you are hosting with the SiteBuilder software. We offer 100, 300, 500, 1,000 and 5,000 site licenses. For Example: if you currently have 245 published sites created with SiteBuilder then you would need to purchase an SUS subscription for at least a 300 site license. Once the renewal is purchased, we will convert your license to a 300 site key. If you anticipate that you will increase the number of published sites then you may want to consider purchasing a renewal of SUS for a larger license like 500, 1,000 or even 5,000 sites. This would be more cost effective than having to upgrade your license to a higher site license later. If you want to upgrade your license later you will actually pay the difference between 300 and 500 site licenses.
