OS vendors do not certify virtualization solutions. In order to provide an excellent level of service on both the operating system and application level, the Virtuozzo support team has the following policy:
Virtuozzo stands behind its quality and the support team is willing to partner with customers to ensure that application issues are resolved in a satisfactory manner. Some software vendors may require that a bug existing on a virtualized server be reproduced on a standalone server to receive support. The Virtuozzo support team will help the customer test bugs on a standalone server to determine the origin of the problem with the customer’s assistance to relevant configuration components.
