Open-Xchange is the only purpose-built business-class email and groupware solution specifically designed for SaaS providers and hosting organizations. Open-Xchange supports the Application Packaging Standard to simplify integration into Parallels Operations Automation and enabling service providers to achieve higher average revenue per user while simultaneously managing their operations more efficiently. Service Providers using Parallels Automation can implement Open-Xchange without changing their existing authentication, user setup, system administration, provisioning and billing tools. This reduces time and effort for new deployments and enables a fast go-to-market. Open-Xchange is built in a completely modular way that allows service providers to upsell their existing email accounts with a variety of new Smart Collaboration features.
