Parallels EMEA Partner Forum 2010 to showcase the latest products and Cloud services with leading players across Europe

It is estimated that in the next 20 years, most of the $3.5 Trillion global IT market will move to the Cloud. At the core of this opportunity sits over 73.5 million small businesses and over 100 million home/small offices who currently acquire IT services and software from platform, infrastructure and application vendors through packaged products and services, in order to drive growth.

Over 38% of these small businesses are based in the EMEA region, representing an enormous opportunity for EMEA based Service Providers to reach these SMBs by driving innovation to differentiate their service offerings.

At the forefront of this is Cloud enablement leader Parallels, which is holding its second annual EMEA Partner Forum, in October 2010. It will offer partners and prospects the chance to join other industry leaders to discuss the burning issues and learn how to profit from the Cloud.

This year the event will be run as six intimate regional focused sessions and seminar days across EMEA. It will run in the following regions throughout October 2010:

Each forum will incorporate a keynote speech, led by a Parallels Executive in one of the company’s three core business groups; Shared Web Hosting Services, Virtualization Infrastructure Services or Messaging and Collaboration. The opening keynote will be followed by sessions around the following topics:

• Profit from the Cloud with Parallels
  This session will explore Parallels vision for how hosting and service providers can profit from the new wave of Cloud services.
• The Future of Shared Web Hosting and Parallels Panels Roadmap
  This session will explore the future of Web hosting and look at strategies to maximize opportunities — such as delivering solutions for the small business segment. This session will also review the Parallels Panel Roadmap.
• The Virtualized Infrastructure Services Opportunity and Parallels Virtualization Roadmap
  This session will explore the opportunities in the rapidly growing VPS market as well as look at add on services such as Storage, Monitoring and Backup. In addition, the Virtualization Roadmap and Parallels upcoming Cloud computing module will be reviewed.
• Delivering Messaging and Collaboration Services and Parallels Automation Roadmap
  This session will explore how Service Providers can rapidly deliver the messaging and collaboration services small businesses want and need the most. This session will also review the Parallels Automation Roadmap.
