Parallels Plesk Panel 10.1 delivers 2x lower resource footprint in virtualized environment to reduce operational costs by putting twice as many virtual servers on a physical server

RENTON, WA; January 31, 2011: Cloud services enablement leader, Parallels, has continued its dedication to web designers by today launching Parallels Plesk Panel 10.1 which introduces the hosting industry’s first web design staging area in a control panel. It is also now compatible with Parallels Business Automation Standard 4.0, also launched today, enabling the fastest and easiest way to launch cloud services in a control panel.

As small businesses increase their adoption of hosting and cloud based services, industry providers continue to look for ways to launch new services, expand their existing service offerings, and reduce the churn in their business. With Parallels Plesk Panel 10.1, VPS providers can now offer special VPS-optimized versions of Parallels Plesk Panel that are more efficient than its competitors.

In fact Parallels Plesk Panel 10.1 is the only control panel that delivers a 2x lower resource footprint in virtualized environment. This reduces operational costs for service providers without impacting the end user experience.
