Parallels Automation provides full support for Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007. Service providers can include specific features in a service plan or elect to bill features separately. Resources such as the number of mailboxes and the amount of storage space can be allocated by service plan and billed overage charges.
The robust application programming interface (API) allows service providers to add new features and expand the offering with in-house development resources.
