Parallels Operations Automation Control Panels
Parallels Operations Automation provides separate control panels for the provider, resellers and end-customers. The control panels can run on one or more dedicated GUI servers that are separate from the application logic servers. This allows the hosting provider to distribute the load and improve scalability.
Key advantages of the Parallels Operations Automation control panels include:

Provider Control Panel
The Provider Control Panel is a browser-based control center that supports centralized resource and customer management. From a single control panel the service provider is able to see all the data center resources. Functionality available from the Provider Control Center depends on the Parallels Operations Automation OSS/BSS components installed in the system.
Using the Roles and Privileges mechanism providers are able to grant access to their staff in a very granular manner.
Reseller Control Panel
A brandable browser-based control panel for resellers. The Reseller Control Panel can be customized to fit the look and feel of the reseller’s website and corporate style. Resellers are able to control the access for their own staff using the powerful Roles/Privileges mechanism.
Control panels for the reseller and his customers can be accessed by the URL different from the provider’s URL. Reseller’s control panels and panels for his customers can be under his own domain.
Customer Control Panels
The look and feel of the browser-based control panels for the end-customers can be customized by the provider or resellers. One installation of Parallels Operations Automation OSS can provide services under multiple brands. Each brand can have it’s own access URL and design. Single-login customer control panel allows to manage all the packages customer purchased from the vendor. Even multi-platform services. Single-logon customer control panel allows to Manage all types of services customer has purchased from the vendor: domain parking, shared hosting, VPS, dedicated hosting.
