Parallels Plesk Billing Bundle – Parallels Plesk Control Panel for Unix/Linux comes has a fully compatible billing component.
Changing DNS zone SOA serial number format – Change the format of the default DNS zone SOA serial number to YYYYMMDDNN, which is recommended by IETF and RIPE and mandatory for many domains registered in some high-level DNS zones, mostly European ones.
Improved DNS zone update - Make multiple changes to a DNS zone without having to save after each change – all changes made to the DNS zone are now highlighted and visible to the user before saving them.
Permission for clients to select a target DB server – Permission for clients to select a target DB server.
Categories in Application Vault – Browse applications by certain categories - like "Web/Blog" or "Collaboration/Portals” within the Application Vault.

New Plesk events - New API events generated upon domain and client template creation, update or removal are available.
Ability to block domain creation in foreign DNS zone - Provide customers with increased security level by forbidding clients to create domains that are subdomains of another domain. This prevents that such unauthorized subdomains can be used for spam (and thus original domain holder will be blamed), phishing and exploiting XSS vulnerabilities.
Extended branding options - Plesk allows you to change browser window title though Plesk GUI.
Application Packaging Standard (APS) CGI support - Complete support of APS CGI applications.
