Publishing of a Virtual Appliance

If you create a virtual appliance and want to share it with other people, you can publish it in Parallels Virtual Appliances Directory at the PTN.

Steps to publish

  • 1. Make sure that virtual appliance meets requirements from design document.

  • 2. Upload virtual appliance to a hosting service for other users to be able to download it.

  • 3. Create PTN Account and submit virtual appliance to Parallels Virtual Appliances Directory.


What is next?

After you submit a virtual appliance, we will check it against the requirements. You will be notified of the results. If your virtual appliance is approved, it will be listed in Parallels Virtual Appliances Directory, otherwise you will have an opportunity to fix the problems and submit it again.
