This includes using virtualization to deliver software as a service, dedicated servers, and shared hosting services. This session will also include a logical discussion of how you can migrate customers up your value chain of offerings.

Markets exhibit extraordinary growth when standards are adopted and companies interact - as was illustrated by the early PC marketplace. The hosting market is poised for growth but is hindered by a lack of standards required to bring applications to market. Parallels created the OPEN FUSION initiative to provide a set of standards so service providers can bring applications to market more rapidly and more efficiently. This session will discuss application standards, single sign on, and certification processes that will optimize the hosting industry and describe how to access the Parallels Developer Network (SWDN).

An advanced look at backup solutions gives hosting providers several backup and recovery options for customer data.

The Plesk Advanced Training and Question and Answer session will involve a brief demonstration of Plesk for Windows and Plesk for Linux systems. The trainers will show a live demonstration while pointing out specific configuration options to maximize performance and server density. Following the demonstration, audience members may ask specific configuration questions to the instructors who will demonstration the answers on the latest version of the Plesk software.

The Parallels Business Automation Advanced Question and Answer session will involve a brief demonstration of a live Parallels Business Automation system.
