Describe the issue with as many details as possible below. Please supply a specific set of actions to reproduce, as well as the following data in the description. It will allow us to better understand the issue and speed up resolution:
- Check if the control panel is accessible from other computers.
- Is the control panel service running on the server? Are any other sites down?
- Can you always reproduce this behavior, or only under certain conditions?
- Is the panel hosted on a physical machine or on a virtualization solution (container, virtual machine...)?
- Provide text or screen shot of the error(s) you see when attempting to access the control panel, this can be included as an attachment.
The problem reporting service failed to collect the log files on your server and send them to Parallels as the attachment size is exceeded. If we conclude that the log files are mandatory to troubleshoot the problem, we would contact you and ask for assistance in receiving the files.
