Before contacting support you may want to check your software to make sure it's the latest patched version. We release patches regularly to fix issues as they arrive and recommend that you check your version before you contact support. Fix issues are listed in the release notes for new builds which you can read on our Download page.

What Support covers: Questions and problems directly relating to issues with the Plesk Sitebuilder product.
You can use our Online License Upgrade System to upgrade from one major release of Sitebuilder to the next. You will need your Sitebuilder license key number (Example: SB.12345678.1234) and the e-mail address used when the license key was ordered from Parallels or the current email address in our licensing system for your account (if changed).
