The Parallels Business Automation Administration course is aimed at giving participants the knowledge and skills necessary to administer complicated hosting service provider (HSP) sites consist of many servers based on different platforms. The course is structured to give step by step information about Parallels Business Automation features, functions, configuration, and maintenance. It contains extensive hands-on lab training. With the “Getting Started” module participants will get basic knowledge about Parallels Business Automation functions and their relations. The subsequent modules give in-depth knowledge about system and business administration of multilayer hosting structure involving a provider, resellers, customers, and end-users.
The course is divided into several modules accompanied with appropriate lab training. Most modules contain topics with subject descriptions followed by on-screen demonstrations. At the end of topics, participants will be evaluated on the subjects learned.

Getting Started
Basic operations with the Provider Control Center (PCC). Initial service settings including: IP pools allocation, name server assignment, domain registration, hardware node (HN) registration, OS and application template installation. Initial on-line payment system settings. Hosting plan creation and providing it via the on-line store. Customer subscription. Payment process.
System Administration
In-depth administration of IP pools, domains, HNs and virtual private servers (VPS), applications.
Business Administration
Setting billing system including: payment processing features, payment plug-in modules, credit card processing, recurring billing, fraud screening, credit terms, partner levels, discounts, promotions, taxation. Commerce activity on creating and selling various hosting plans. Document processing. Marketing activity.
Channel Management
Making system ready for reselling HSP resources. Creating channels manually and on-line. Provider and reseller actions.
Customer Functionality
Working with the customer Control Panel and mail-user My Control Panel. Account, system, and site administration.
Event Management
