Cancellation and refund policy

In order to cancel your course and receive a full refund, written notification of cancellation of your order must be sent via email to training@parallels.com at least 10 business days prior to the open enrollment course start date. Any cancellations made after the 10 business days will be charged at 100% of the course price. You will be permitted ONCE ONLY to request a reschedule to a different date or course. If you cancel, or try to reschedule a second time, your payment will not be applicable towards the second enrollment attempt.
