Pre-scheduled Online Instructor-Led Courses — convenient, affordable and live!
Parallels now offers open enrollment for instructor-led training courses via live virtual classrooms! You can attend pre-scheduled classes, along with other people interested in the same subject, for a special “per-person” price. The corresponding certification exam is included in the price of the course. Avoid the cost and effort of travel and save valuable time by attending training from the location of your choice. This training is offered for our Parallels Plesk Panel, Parallels Virtuozzo Containers, Parallels Virtual Automation, Parallels Business Automation Standard, and APS courses.

What is the format of the course?
Our live online courses—delivered by instructors using WebEx Training Center—cover the same materials as our onsite courses, with the exception of hands-on labs. The courses are delivered via pre-scheduled 4-hour sessions over 2 days. Student Guides are provided. All courses are delivered in English only. Details about the schedule for each course can be found here.
The corresponding certification exam, included with the course, is scheduled online upon satisfactory completion of the course. A student may take the exam any time within ten days of scheduling the class.

How do you enroll?
You can find, register and pay for the open enrollment training online.
To enroll in our open enrollment online classes:
- View the open enrollment online training schedule.
- Select your geographical region.
- Select the training topic: Plesk, PVC, PVA, PBAS or APS.
- From the course list that is generated, pick the course that is scheduled on a date that fits your need. Please start with Administration courses, as they are a pre-requisite for Advanced courses.
- Click "Register Now!"
- Select the class and the date. Fill in your contact information and click Register.
- You will receive a registration confirmation e-mail along with payment instructions.
- After you complete payment, the Course Instructor will send you a calendar invitation with a WebEx link for the date of the training, along with a Student Guide for the course, within two weeks of the course start date.
Visit either Automation Certifications or Virtualization Certifications to learn which courses are required to achieve Professional and Engineer certification for products in that track.

What should you do to prepare for this training?
To ensure that you can take full advantage of the material presented during an open enrollment online course, please:- Ensure good Internet connectivity
- Ensure proper audio capabilities to communicate through WebEx with the instructor, in one of two ways:
- Through your computer’s audio speakers or headphones.
- Through phone access. (Low or no cost for telephone call due to global dial-in numbers or call back option via WebEx.)
- Meet the prerequisites of each course per its course description. Course descriptions can be found for all courses in the Online Course Catalog.
How is Open Enrollment different from Custom online courses?
Both custom online and open enrollment online courses are delivered via scheduled instructor-led training events. The table below illustrates how they compare.

Cancellation and refund policy
In order to cancel your course and receive a full refund, written notification of cancellation of your order must be sent via email to training@parallels.com at least 10 business days prior to the open enrollment course start date. Any cancellations made after the 10 business days will be charged at 100% of the course price. You will be permitted ONCE ONLY to request a reschedule to a different date or course. If you cancel, or try to reschedule a second time, your payment will not be applicable towards the second enrollment attempt. If you are unable to attend you may permit someone else to attend in your place. Please email training@parallels.com to request this transfer.
Parallels will not honor refund or rescheduling requests after 12 months from the date of order.
Parallels reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to low enrollment or if necessitated by other circumstances. Parallels will notify you via e-mail at least 5 business days prior to the course start date. Once notified, you may reschedule or receive a full refund for the course.
