Israel based Arigent announces a distribution agreement with Parallels

Parallels has announced a distribution agreement between its parent company Corel and Arigent, one of the leading IT distributors in Israel. Under this partnership agreement, Arigent will offer Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition. Now Arigent can enable their clients to simultaneously leverage Mac and Windows capabilities on a single computer.

Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition provides businesses of all sizes access to key applications and software on Windows or Mac, with no need to reboot when switching between the operating systems. A lightning-fast solution, Windows applications that are resource-hungry and graphic-heavy run seamlessly without slowing down the Mac device.

“Now organizations across Israel can seamlessly run Windows side by side on the Mac. Unlike other virtualization solutions, Parallels Desktop for Mac doesn’t require rebooting in order to launch Windows on Mac saving time and streamlining workflows,” said Corel Sales Director, Northern & Southern Europe, Middle East & Africa, Giovanni Ragusa. “This solution has been designed to be as quick and easy as possible allowing users to access Windows like it’s a macOS application.”

Setting up and configuring a Windows virtual machine can be completed in a very short time, and it’s simple to enroll new users in just a few clicks through automatically generated emails. Use a single volume license key for all installations and manage all deployed licenses with ease.

When using Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition, Windows programs can be displayed next to Mac applications on the Mac desktop, and documents from Windows and Mac can be stored in the same folders. While using Windows, print files using printers already configured in Mac.

Adi Weiman of Arigent had this to say about the agreement: “Customers are increasingly looking for digital solutions for modern challenges. Parallels allows our clients to run windows applications from Mac computers, keeping loyal Mac fans happy and enabling their businesses to implement choose your own device policies. Compared to competing products, Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition is easier to maintain and configure at a competitive price. This is an impressive digital solution that will be a great resource to many.”
