If you upgrade your Mac to Yosemite before you update Parallels Access on your Mac to the latest version, you will not be able to connect to your Mac after installing Yosemite. Please update Parallels Access on your Mac to the latest version.
Open Parallels Access on your Mac and select “Check for updates…” in the menu bar.
Installation of Parallels Access is a two-step process. The Parallels Access Agent is downloaded from the Parallels website, and the Parallels Access App is available for download at the App Store or Google Play. Complete instructions can be found here.
If you are running a virtual machine on your Mac, do not install Parallels Access in the virtual machine—complete the installation on your Mac hard drive.
