The data in this section is optional. If you believe that the problem will require a Parallels Engineer to login to your server via shell (telnet/ssh/RDP access), enter this data. Before we can login to your server we will require you to agree with Parallels' Server Permission Policy. This will give us permission to login to your server and perform repairs.
Note: For security reasons we strongly advise that you change your passwords when submitting them to our support team. After the problem is resolved, you can then reinstate your regular passwords. Parallels Technical Staff does not retain your login information.
This Server Permission Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between Parallels Holdings Ltd., including any wholly-owned Parallels subsidiaries ("Parallels"), and the Customer who intends to grant Parallels access to its server infrastructure ("Customer") (each a "Party" hereto):
WHEREAS, Customer desires to grant Parallels access to its’ Servers (the "System") in order to receive certain Services by Parallels.
WHEREAS Parallels is willing to accept such permission to access the System.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:
