The top new features in Parallels Operations Automation 5.2 include:
Support for Exchange Server 2010 SP1, multi-tenant edition. Parallels Operations Automation 5.2 now supports the multi-tenant edition of Exchange Server 2010 SP1, as well as Exchange Server 2003, 2007, and 2010 Enterprise.
Support for SharePoint Foundation 2010. Now you can sell hosted versions of SharePoint Foundation 2010.
Office 365 syndication. Support for Microsoft Office 365, a syndicated version of Microsoft’s messaging and collaboration services, enables you to quickly launch these services without investing in your own hosting infrastructure.
Virtual machine hosting based on Microsoft Hyper-V. Parallels Operations Automation now includes APS Service for Microsoft Hyper-V, giving you a fully automated solution for selling Hyper-V virtual machines.
New dashboard for Customer Control Panel. A new look for the main screen of the Customer Control Panel simplifies access to important objects that used to be deeply nested within the navigation hierarchy.
New provisioning engine. Parallels Operations Automation 5.2 uses the Windows Provisioning Engine to provision subscriptions for the multi-tenant version of Exchange 2010 SP1 and for SharePoint Foundation 2010. Other Windows-based services are still provisioned with the Microsoft Solution for Hosted Messaging and Collaboration platform.
