"Parallels ships Parallels Plesk Panel 9.0 — more features for dedicated and shared providers
Parallels has greatly diversified its product mix in 2008, and some providers might assume that its earlier ’bread and butter’ products will be swept aside in favor of sexier offerings like virtualization packages. While Parallels is now better known as a virtualization company than a Web hosting control panel vendor, that hasn’t stopped it from updating de facto industry standard Parallels Plesk Panel to version 9.0. The new features won’t come as a surprise — the software is shipping after a several-months-long beta period.
