The Parallels Service Provider Partner Program is a global program to support providers that utilize Parallels virtualization and automation products to power their hosting, communications, and managed services offerings. The Program is broken into tiers based on growth projections, revenue, and commitment levels. Specific programs exist for each partner class to support the different stages of the providers’ lifecycle. We are committed to helping our partners practice optimized computing through the use of Parallels virtualization and automation technologies.
Our service provider partners represent a wide variety of hosting, communications, and managed services providers. With over 500 service provider partners worldwide using Parallels products, our partners include the most prestigious hosting providers as well as innovative start-up companies. Our program also includes small, start-up companies that commit to Parallels’ Optimized Computing philosophy and use Parallels products as the platform for their business. No matter the size, all of our partners have recognized the value that Parallels virtualization and automation products bring them in terms of infrastructure and management savings, as well as a platform for revenue-generating service lines.
Registered Partners
Any company that offers hosting, managed services, or communication services to individuals or businesses may apply for the status of "Registered Partner" which provides additional information and promotions not available to the general public. This category is appropriate for providers who are interested in learning more about Parallels, but are not yet ready to make a commitment to Parallels software.
Silver Partners
Silver partners are identified as service providers who are serious about growing their business. Providers of this partner class typically are new to the provider market, are still early in their business lifecycle, or are adding services that extend their brand into new customer markets. Silver partners need specific support to help them to establish themselves and cope with the inevitable changes and challenges faced by a high-growth company.
Gold Partners
Gold partners are service providers that typcially serve a national or regional customer base and often own their own datacenters. Partners of this type generally have made significant investments in their infrastructure and use automation to streamline their business processes. Typically, Gold partners have been in business for over 5 years and have grown into the Gold level through working with Parallels Channel Account Managers that provide advice on their go-to-market strategy, marketing, and service plans.
Platinum Partners
The highest level of partnership, Platinum Partners receive the utmost in care and attention from Parallels. Typically, Platinum partners are large national or international providers that run either their total virtual infrastructure or a large majority on Parallels virtualization and automation products and offer Parallels products in their service plans.
