Online Chat Support for Parallels Desktop licensing issues and Online Store issues is provided on free basis. For Parallels Desktop technical questions information is below.
Once you have registered your Parallels Desktop activation key you have 30 days of free installation support. In order to check your product registration date please login under My Account and check My registered products area.
As soon as 30 days of free support expire, chat support is provided on per incident base. You are capable to purchase 1-, 3-, 5-incidents pack at our online store.

- 1 incident: $14.95, €11.80, £9.10
- 3 incidents: $39.95, €31.40, £24.40
- 5 incidents: $64.95, €51.00, £39.70
NOTE: To be able to receive Support you have to obtain a Support Code. Go to https://www.parallels.com/account/ and log in with your registration details and select "My Support Options" in the left navigation. This will be required for authorization through Email, Chat and telephone.
Online Chat Support is designed for simple questions and known issues covered in Parallels Knowledge Base and documentation. Complex issues that require detailed investigation of the problem and direct involvement of Parallels technical support engineers on customer servers should be reported to Parallels support through usual support channels.
Technical Support chat is available only from 6a.m. till 6p.m. Pacific Standard Time (GMT-8) on business days, excluding weekends and national US holidays. Please be advised that only one issue could be handled per chat session.
Online Store and Parallels Desktop licensing chat support is provided 24x7.
