Parallels Server for Mac 4.0 has been updated to run on Mac OS X Lion. For steps on how to get the latest build, please see http://kb.parallels.com/111601.

Parallels Server for Mac 4.0 does not support running Mac OS X Lion as a guest operating system in a virtual machine. This does not effect the ability of Parallels Server for Mac 4.0 to run on Mac OS X Lion 10.7.
