Parallels Plesk Support

Parallels can only be as successful as our customers. We take pride in providing our clients with timely, helpful and efficient support. To that end we provide a number of support options including direct contact with the Support Team through your Plesk software.

Before contacting support you may want to check your software to make sure its the latest patched version. We release patches regularly to fix issues as they arrive and recommend that you check your version before you contact support. Fix issues are listed in the release notes for new builds which you can read on our Patches page.

Free Support

For the first 30 days following the purchase of your Plesk product, you will receive free support through our Online Support System. To enter requests for assistance go to our Server Support Online Form.

Support Packages

We offer individual support incidents and annual incident packages for single licenses or multiple license. Visit our online store or contact our sales team to order support options for your licenses. To enter requests for assistance go to our Plesk Support Online Form.

License Upgrades

You can use our Online License Upgrade System to upgrade from one major release of Plesk to the next. You will need your Plesk license key number (Example: PLSK.12345678.1234) and the e-mail address used when the license key was ordered from Parallels or the current email address in our licensing system for your account (if changed).

Technical Services

Plesk Engineering services for $150/hour USD (for Plesk server related administration services).

Installations, Software Upgrade Server Work, Migrations of servers from Cobalt RaQ's or Ensim to Plesk, and Command Line Administrative work related to third-party applications such as Miva, Urchin, Tomcat, etc.

Parallels Support Notice

As the success of Parallels and its partners continues to grow, we have created a thriving industry of third-party software developers and domain owners. Unfortunately, our success also attracts opportunists from around the world looking to exploit the reputation of our products and partners.

We have received several complaints about ventures that infer they have a legitimate business endorsed by Parallels to provide a service or product for our Plesk hosting automation platform. These ventures appropriate, without our permission, the use of Plesk trademarks, Web-site links and product literature for the express intent of selling services and/or products in which they would be required to login to your server.

To date, the queries we have received have unanimously been about ventures that have not been trained, authorized or certified to service any of our products or provide software that integrates with our products. Unlike Parallels, these ventures do not require legal permission to login into your server and probe sensitive files. Since Parallels cannot attest to the technical competence of these entities, we urge you to exercise extreme caution in making your server and sensitive files available to them.

Parallels feels obligated to inform our community of users about any potential threats, whether they take the form of software viruses or other potential intrusions that could destabilize your operations.
