HERNDON, Va. and SUNNYVALE, Calif., September 11, 2007 – SWsoft has purchased the Ensim Pro software automation business from the Ensim Corporation of Sunnyvale, Calif., for an undisclosed amount. SWsoft and Ensim Corporation will remain independent entities.

The popular Ensim Pro control panel product is used worldwide by consumers, businesses and service providers. There are two versions of Ensim Pro -- for Linux and Windows operating systems -- used to automate the process of setting up and managing web servers, e-mail accounts, and software applications.

Ensim Pro will join the SWsoft Plesk, Confixx, HSPcomplete and PEM set of automation solutions.
