Since 2003, he has been the Chairman and CEO of Parallels, a global leader in virtualization and automation software for consumers, businesses and service providers. Under Mr. Beloussov's leadership, Parallels has quickly grown to profitability and #1 market positions with its innovative desktop virtualization, OS containers and control panel product lines. He is also a Founder and major investor in Acronis, a global leader in storage management and disaster recovery software for consumers, SMBs and large enterprises. Previously, Mr. Beloussov co-founded and helped grow a PC manufacturing business to $150 million in revenue in less than 3 years, the S&W electronics company to over $500 million in only 8 years, Solomon Software SEA — each of which has become the first year of inception. He holds a B.S. in Physics, an M.S. in Physics and Electrical Engineering with High Honors, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
Mr. Gauger is an entrepreneur and he was one of the founders of what is now 1&1 Internet AG, the largest webhosting provider in the world. Mr. Gaugerserved as CEO of 1&1 for over 10 years from 1998, when Schlund + Partner AG, Mr. Gauger's company, merged with 1&1. He was principally responsible to develop the hosting business internationally as well as manage Germany's second largest DSL business and Germany's largest free mail provider. During his time at 1&1, Mr. Gauger was also responsible for more than 25 successful M&A transactions. He currently acts as an independent M&A consultant as well as a private investor.
Mr. Serlet is a world-renowned technology industry veteran and former Senior Vice President of Software Engineering at Apple, where he worked for 14 years. While at Apple Serlet led the creation and development of Mac OS X from its inception and has been a regular keynote speaker at Apple industry events. Prior to Apple, Bertrand spent four years at INRIA, a French research institute, four years at Xerox PARC, and eight years with NeXT leading development teams, working on NeXTSTEP, OpenStep, and WebObjects. He holds a doctorate in computer science from the University of Orsay in France.

Dr. Galitsky is an internationally renowned technology entrepreneur and inventor. During Soviet times, he was the youngest top technical executive in the defense industry with responsibility for low orbit data communication systems. Since then, Galitsky has founded four successful technology companies. He pioneered ELVIS+ in WiFi technology and commercial implementation of FW/VPN products for the global market with Sun Microsystems. With TrustWorks, he became a "Technology Pioneer" at the Davos World Economic Forum 2000. Galitsky was recently Venture Partner with Russian Technologies Fund and recently founded Almaz Capital Partners, a USA-Russian based VC fund. Dr. Galitsky has authored more than a hundred international publications and more than 30 inventions and patents. He's been a featured speaker at numerous international conferences and has been interviewed and profiled in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The New York Times, The Financial Times. Dr. Galitsky received his Ph.D in Computer Science from joint authority of the Defense Research Institute/MIPT in Moscow.
Mr. Zubarev is a founder and the President, Marketing & Alliances. Since the company's founding in 1999, he has held multiple leadership roles within the company including chief operating officer, sales engineering, product marketing and business development. Zubarev has been instrumental in building the company from its start to today with more than 800 employees. Zubarev was also a founder of Acronis and helped establish the storage management company's sales and marketing organizations in the United States. Zubarev holds a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
Mr. Tsibrovski is a founder and the Director of Technology at Parallels, where he is principally focused on strategic technology projects and product development. Previously he was a founder and held various visionary and technology leadership roles at Solomon Software SEA and more recently at Acronis, where he was instrumental in creating a unified vision for its technologies and products. Mr. Tsibrovski holds a Master of Science degree from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).
