Phone Support and other support and services can be conveniently purchased online for Parallels Virtuozzo Containers, Parallels Plesk Control Panel, Parallels Plesk Expand and Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder. For Parallels Business Automation and Parallels System Automation, please contact a Parallels account manager.
We provide phone support for questions about product functionality, prices for products and known issues covered in Parallels knowledge base. Complex issues requiring investigation of the problem and work of Parallels technical support engineers on customer's server(s) can be reported by phone support owners on the phone. Further work of Parallels technical support staff takes place offline. At customer's request updates on work progress can be received either by phone or e-mail.

Virtuozzo customers can purchase Phone Support for $499 per server per year.
Parallels Plesk Control Panel, Parallels Plesk Expand and Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder
Partners have phone support included in their partnership agreement. Customers can purchase Premier Support or they can choose to pay $75 per incident.
Parallels Business Automation
Parallels Business Automation Solution support covers the Parallels Business Automation software and management node as well as any Parallels Virtuozzo Containers and/or Parallels Plesk Control Panel servers that are managed by Parallels Business Automation. Parallels Business Automation only support only covers the Parallels Business Automation software and management node. Both options are priced based on number of accounts.
Parallels Desktop Phone Support
Purchase Parallels per incident Phone Support for $29.99. Phone Support is available only from 8am till 6pm Pacific Standard Time (GMT-8) on business days, excluding weekends and national US holidays. Be advised that only one issue can be handled per call.
