Answer: The Acronis and Kaspersky software products, included in the Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac Premium Edition, are PC software intended for use on your Windows Vista/XP virtual machines and will not function on the Mac OS. To take advantage of these additional software products, install Parallels Desktop and create a virtual machine to provide the PC environment necessary for the installation of these additional software.

Question: What is the difference between Kaspersky Internet Security in Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac Premium Edition and Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac?

Answer: Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac Premium Edition provides a free 1-year subscription of Kaspersky Internet Security, whereas Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac offers a free 6-month subscription.

Answer: Parallels Desktop customers qualify to receive product updates only for the same product version only (example: Version 3.0 qualifies for free 3.0 Feature Updates).
The product update will be available only for the same product that the customer bought. This does not include the same product that may be available separately as bundled solutions such as the Parallels Desktop 3.0 Premium Edition, which is considered a separate product.
